Food and Beverage Director
The Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the Garden Dining Room, 1878 Grille and the Garden Bar. He/she must assure all guests have a memorable dining experience and that the dining areas run in an efficient and consistent manner. He/she will supervise and train dining room staff to the Cosmos Club’s standards of excellence through monitoring setup, cleanliness and safety of all dining areas. He/she is responsible for creating a training program and conducting on-going staff training on a regular basis. Appropriate and timely communication with the Chef de Cuisine, Assistant Dining Room Manager and the Food and Beverage Director is also essential to success in this role.
