Cell Phones/ Electronics

Silent use of electronic devices of all kinds, including laptop computers, is generally permitted anywhere in the Club except during certain events. Devices larger than cell phones may not be used in the Garden Dining Room.

Non-intrusive cell phone conversations are permissible in the Task Center, Writer’s Room, and any third floor meeting room not in use. Very brief cell phone calls are permissible:

• Immediately inside the West Garden entrance;
• Immediately inside the valet parking entrance;
• Immediately outside the Powell Room’s interior entrance
• In the Gold Room when not in use; and
• In the second-floor passageway between the Mansion and the Annex.
