Accommodations
The Club offers overnight accommodations for members, sponsored guests of members, and members of Reciprocal Clubs.
All overnight rooms and suites have private bathrooms, cable television, and high-speed Internet access. Parking is also available for a nominal charge.
Members and guests may check in anytime after 3:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00 pm. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be granted depending upon availability. Following your arrival, please inquire with one of the Front Desk staff. All cancellations must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid being charged in full.
The Club’s fifty overnight rooms consist of three separate areas: Mansion, Annex, and Hillyer House. Click here to view room rates. The Cosmos Club is a smoke-free facility.

Mansion
The Mansion is the main building of the Cosmos Club and was built for the Townsend family in 1902. The ground floor has the main lobby, reception area, dining room, bar, and the Club Room.
The second floor houses the Warne Ballroom, the Library, and additional rooms for private events. The third floor contains the Billiards Room, Card Room, three meeting rooms, and six overnight rooms. The fourth floor houses five overnight rooms, one suite, and the Writers Room. The floors are connected by a small self-service elevator.
Annex
The Annex was built in 1952 to provide more sleeping rooms for members and guests. The rooms offer comfortable, affordable sleeping accommodations for members and guests traveling alone or with a partner.
Hillyer House
The Hillyer House, opened in 1998, once housed the French Military Mission. The building was completely renovated and connected to the main building by a glass-enclosed two-story bridge. On the first floor, one will find the newly renovated Task Center equipped with work tables, computers and a printer.

Room Descriptions and Rates
Members of reciprocal clubs and sponsored guests will be charged a 22 percent guest fee in addition to the quoted room rate. All published rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $20.00 per person per night will be added for each additional occupant.
Annex
In addition to the sixteen standard rooms, the Annex also contains two small suites that will accommodate more than two people.
Standard Rooms
These rooms are outfitted with either a double bed or a queen bed; please specify which type of bed you would prefer when making your reservation.
Standard Suites
Each has two connected rooms. The bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed. Depending on the suite, the sitting room may also serve as a sleeping area, with a sofa bed that pulls out to a twin- or queen-sized bed.

Hillyer House
The four-floor Hillyer House contains nineteen sleeping rooms and one suite. The floors are connected by an elevator and stairs; the bridge to the main Clubhouse is located on the second floor.

These rooms are outfitted with a king-sized bed.
King Deluxe Rooms
These are oversized rooms that include a king-sized bed and a sitting area with a sofa and chairs.
Double Queen Rooms
These are oversized rooms that are outfitted with two-queen beds and a sitting area with a sofa and chairs.
Master Suite
This suite has two large rooms that connect through a set of French doors. The bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed and the sitting room may also serve as a sleeping area, with a sofa bed that pulls out to a twin or queen sized bed.

Mansion
The twelve rooms in the Mansion are unique. Although no two rooms are alike, each retains the old-fashioned charm of the Mansion while providing modern technology and amenities.
